Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a Scrum Master in a hybrid capacity. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package. Responsibilities: Serves as the "servant leader" of the Scrum team by removing impediments and helping the team remain successful and on schedule. Must have a sufficient understanding of technology to enable them to lead team members and help them overcome their development roadblocks They must also understand business strategy and objectives, and be able to ensure that development work is prioritized by business value and results align with objectives. The incumbent delivers specific delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor. Completes day-to-day tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members. Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues. Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members. Requirements: HS/GED or higher preferred. Focus will be on relevant experience 10+ years of experience in Scrum Master. Agile Jira Microsoft Suite Experience with communicating and presenting to Senior Level Management Financial Background a plus #LI-SC1
