The average number of inpatient admissions per physician per day is 12-15. There is currently 1 cardiologist in the group. Other cardiologists will be present during coverage. The locum physician will be required to supervise 4 advanced practice providers. The patient age demographic is adult and geriatric. The documentation system used is EPIC. The procedures required include electrocardiograms (EKGs). The estimated credentialing timeframe is 120 days. Night and weekend call will be on a rotating basis. This position does not require the provider to perform any invasive procedures.
