Address: 700 Quinlan Drive, Pewaukee, WI 53072 (Nearby towns include: Sussex, Brookfield, Lisbon, Hartland & Waukesha) We're growing With the recent addition of a 76 unit, Independent Living complex on our grounds, we need you to join us as we transition to this new chapter of our community The Engineer Technician is a mid-level maintenance/engineering position that is responsible for creating a safe and secure environment by maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices. SCHEDULE/HOURS: FULL TIME, 30 hours per week (or Part Time, 20-24 Hours per week), flexible scheduling, rotating on-call weekend schedule REPORTING STRUCTURE: The Engineer Technician reports to the Environmental Services Director What We are Looking For from You:Strong work ethic: Consistently exhibiting your best effort, being reliable, and taking ownership of your good work Integrity and honesty: Upholding high ethical standards in all situations Humility and service-oriented attitude: Willingness to help others and prioritize the needs of the team over personal gain Positive attitude and good communication skills: Approaching challenges constructively and communicating openly and respectfully Responsibilities Create a safe and secure environment by maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices. Execute assigned responsibilities for buildings and grounds as defined by the site leadership to include: Completion of daily work orders Building, grounds, and equipment maintenance Building and Equipment repair Participate in life safety compliance routines Painting Apartment turns Building maintenance Customer requests Snow removal Pool care Other projects as assigned Qualifications1-3 years experience in commercial or residential building maintenance Able to work independently, multi task, follow directions and work under supervision. Relate well and provide a professional image and services to all customers. Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies. Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers. Must be able to participate in an after hours emergency on-call rotation consisting of one week on-call at a frequency depending on the size of the on-call group.
