Our experience ranges from small engineering and consulting projects to multi-million dollar turn-key distribution, substation, and transmission line programs.We have immediate openings for Restoration Laborers in Tampa, Florida.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform restoration activities including concrete patching, sod restoration, blacktop restoration, and asphalt restoration.Assist with general labor duties related to restoration and repair work.Support foremen and supervisors with daily job-site operations.Follow work instructions, job specifications, and safety requirements.Operate and use hand tools and equipment safely and correctly.Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment as needed.Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites, ensuring protection of the public and property.Perform work that meets or exceeds company and customer quality standards.Report job-site issues, safety concerns, equipment needs, or damaged materials to supervision.Communicate professionally with crew members, supervisors, and the public when necessary.Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety programs.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications/Education/Experience35 years of experience in restoration work, including small asphalt patching and concrete finishing.Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, standing, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.Basic knowledge of restoration tools, materials, and techniques.Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.Driver's license preferred but not required.Physical DemandsMust be able to lift and/or move 50 poundsStanding, walking including and primarily on uneven surfaces, turning, stooping, kneeling, crouching, speaking and hearing are required continuouslyWork EnvironmentEmployee will be subjected to outside weather conditionsEmployee could be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, cold, heat and humidity.The noise level in the work environment can often be loudThe employee is frequently exposed to slow- or fast-moving traffic in the work environmentOther ConditionsAdhere to all company policies, rules and regulations as stated in the Company Employee Handbook and Safety Manual.Must present a professional image at all times, representing self and company in a professional, courteous and respectful manner when dealing with customers, vendors, employees and the public.BenefitsOur Company offers Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, 401(K), Life Insurance, Paid Holidays and Paid Vacation.EEO StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Third Party Agency Notice:Primoris will not accept any unsolicited resumes from any third-party recruiting agencies either domestic or international.
