4364 - Registered Nurse, ICU CardioVascular

Must Have's:
- Graduate of a State Board School of Nursing or equivalent
- Preferred twelve (12) months of experience
- Current license or permit to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) Certification within two (2) weeks of employment
- Medication Competence within two (2) weeks of employment
- Computer Competence within four (4) weeks of employment
- Medication Examination within twelve (12) weeks of employment
- Basic Dysrhythmia (if applicable) within twelve (12) weeks of employment
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within six (6) months of employment if hired in MICU or Neuro ICU
- Critical Care Classes and Examinations within sixteen (16) weeks of employment
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within sixteen (16) weeks of employment
- Phlebotomy/Point of Care Competency within four (4) weeks of employment
Salary: BASED ON EXPERIENCE $27.30 - $43.50 + Shift Differential
