Solugenix is assisting a client, a prestigious and large investment management company in their search for a Content Architect. This is a 6-month contract opportunity based out of San Antonio, TX (Hybrid).


Our business partners continue to evolve their operating models and expect Learning Enablement to meet their needs in a timely fashion. Technology is evolving quickly, both internally and externally. KM needs to prepare SONI to meet the demands of our clients.


KMs content architecture has not changed in 20 years. To keep up with business needs and AFSGs technology transformation, we must evaluate our content architecture and gain an understanding of our strengths, opportunities, and risks.


Qualifications :

  • Strong understanding of content management systems, user experience design, search engine best practices, and AI.
  • Strong analysis skills and experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities :

  • To enhance our content strategy and align with AFSGs priorities, we propose hiring a content architect contractor. This individual will be responsible for:Analysis of existing content architecture, including the structure, categorization, and flow of content on our platforms.
  • Researching and evaluating how AFSG and client enterprise technology may impact content architecture.
  • Identifying risks and impacts of current and future technology systems and tools such as AI, contextual help, Adobe, Acrolinx, and Coveo.
  • Providing a comprehensive recommendation.
  • Maintains systems SONI tool that contains AI of knowledge resources that associates interacting with customers get procedures, guidelines, process work that comes in writers and editors and bus analyst, we work with internal customers, content, procedures are accurate and work in a verity of ways.
  • Going through tech evolution. SONI is about 10 years old, and we need to look at how do we improve, and what do we need to think about when thinking about architecture to prepare for AI. How do we incorporate technology into existing tools.
  • Dedicated to analysis, understanding publishing tools, understanding SONI tools. Working with the IT team to understand risks and obstacles to implementing AI. We want to take into account long-term strategy, and influence what we do with the tool, to meet the demands of the client.
  • Do analysis and provide recommendations on what priorities should be, pull data, and give a roadmap on things that need to be researched and executed.
  • Spend all of their time with this analysis looking at content data, IT and understand how it works. How we have content architect, research about generative AI, understand how AI works and do a comparison. Here is what AI is, here is where we are at, where we need to be.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $84.83/hour to $84.83/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.


Solugenix will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act and Ordinance. After making a conditional offer and running a background check, if we are concerned about conviction that is directly related to the job, applicants will be given the chance to explain the circumstances surrounding the conviction, provide mitigating evidence, or challenge the accuracy of the background report.
