JOB TYPEFull time SHIFTSM-F, some wknds In this role, you will specialize in activities relating to maintenance and improvement of building utility systems such as electrical wiring and control systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), water supply, carpentry, and related pipe systems. Supports the preventative maintenance schedule.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:High school diploma or equivalent4-5 years of technical maintenance experienceExpert technical knowledge of one or more of the following: electricity and national electrical codes, painting, carpentry, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration and/or sprinkler systemsMust possess and maintain a valid driver's license Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more Eligibility may vary based on status. Pay Range $23.79 - $29.95 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
