Job Summary: We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our growing team in Richmond, Virginia. In this role, you will be instrumental in the daily operations of our warehouse, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. This position requires individuals who are energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will work closely with a team to ensure all goods are handled with care and accuracy, contributing to the overall success of our logistics operations. If you are a team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to advance in the warehousing field, this is the opportunity for you.Responsibilities: Receive, identify, and stock incoming inventory. Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements. Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation. Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space. Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times. Participate in inventory counts and assist with stocktaking. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals. Qualifications: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Ability to perform manual tasks, including significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs). Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the use of PPE. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
