We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, shipping, and delivering Quality Air tools, supplies, equipment, and materials to various destinations in a safe, organized, and timely manner. Your work will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Material Handling: Use hands, dolly, and/or forklift to load, move, stack, stage, transport, and unload tools, supplies, and equipment onto and off delivery trucks, pallets, shelves, decks, or floors. This includes moving items into and out of the warehouse, storage facilities, and to and from construction job sites or other Quality Air destinations.
  • Transportation: Safely transport goods via delivery truck to job sites or other designated locations. Assist with the unloading process at delivery sites.
  • Package Distribution: Distribute received packages to the appropriate Quality Air office personnel as directed.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area by sweeping, cleaning, hauling trash, and performing other housekeeping duties.
  • Vehicle Upkeep: Wash and clean department vehicles to ensure they are in good condition.
  • Scrap Management: Assist with the collection, delivery, and receipt of payment for scrap materials, following approved processes.
  • Additional Duties: Perform additional assignments as requested or needed by supervisors.


Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Driver's License: A valid Michigan driver’s license with a clear driving record is required.
  • Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical projects and related tools and equipment.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer-service skills to ensure a positive experience during deliveries and interactions.
  • Safety Awareness: Strong attention to and respect for safety rules and regulations in all tasks.
  • Work Environment: Willingness to work efficiently in both indoor and outdoor environments, with availability for occasional weekend work.
