Conduct skills validations and competency assessments to ensure staff are prepared and compliant with state regulations. Maintain clinical training and competency records for all care staff. Support onboarding and orientation for new clinical team members. Reinforce and monitor adherence to clinical policies, medication procedures, and safety standards. Identify training needs, recommend improvements, and support quality assurance efforts. Promote a positive, collaborative work environment with an emphasis on teamwork and resident-centered care. Qualifications Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin. Experience in assisted living, senior care, home health, or long-term care preferred. Strong communication, teaching, and coaching skills. Ability to lead by example while supporting staff development and confidence.
