We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our team for various shifts. The key responsibilities of the Registered Nurse role include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing direct patient care in compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
  • Supervising CNAs
  • Administering medications
  • Performing wound treatment and care
  • Offering general nursing care following facility policies and procedures
  • Addressing care plan issues for Nurse review

Qualifications & Skills of a Registered Nurse include:

  • Active RN license from Minnesota
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing
  • Prior supervisory or management experience
  • Familiarity with healthcare facility policies and protocols
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Capability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
