Our services allow families to navigate tough times when the unexpected happens in life.We are looking for professional, highly ambitious, and motivated leaders to become an integral part of our team as we grow You will take charge to implement the vision, mission, and core values established by the Whittingham Agencies.Compensation:Average compensation $60,000 - $80,000 in year one; uncapped commissionResponsibilities:Connect with business owners utilizing our state-of-the-art SalesForce platformConsult with business owners & HR directors about needed employee benefit programsUtilize proven company systems to partner with businesses and their employeesProvide benefit enrollment services for business organizationsAchieve weekly, monthly, and yearly production and growth goalsCommunicate and plan weekly activity in partnership with the leadership teamFollow established activity model for successQualifications:Professional representation of self and companyCustomer Service experience preferredComputer skills including Microsoft OfficeWillingness to learn and be coachedDesire to make a positive impact in the communityGood organization and communication skillsPosition is NOT remote and requires local travelHigh School Diploma/GED neededMust have valid driver's license and personal vehicleMust pass background checkCareer Growth:Our Career Track provides the opportunity for rapid career growth.
