Hiring quality audio engineers with session experience that have an extensive portfolio in lots of genres.

Will be vetting applicants based on work sent and previous work experience.

Must have experience tracking vocals as well as instruments such as acoustic and electric guitar, bass, drums ect.

Must be personable friendly and have a keen sense of customer service to make sure the client always feels safe, comfortable, and listened to

Clients should be happy with the work delivered

Must be able to have a high-quality mix put together on the fly by the end of the session. song should sound quality enough for artists to release, even just in its demo mix form.

Must be willing to take jobs at short notice( day of ) the more jobs you take the more priority you will be given for sessions.

Most sessions will be given at least 24 hours in advance notice, but same day asks do happen and you should be ready for this.

Must also be proficient with making short form social media content(Instagram reels/tiktok). We will ask the engineers to make videos with client permission, documenting sessions that will look like videos that match given example criteria.

This job pays 20$-$30 an hour

$20 for engineers that have not demonstrated high client retention at another studio and do not come with their own clientele

$30 for engineers that have demonstrated high client retention at another studio and come with their own clientele
