Multifamily SuperintendentManage daily onsite operations for multifamily construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain efficient workflow. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to the job site. Collaborate with project managers to review plans, schedules, and budgets. Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and updates.
