Job Title: Marketing Coordinator - CRM and Project Management


We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with expertise in CRM management and project management to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing the CRM and coordinating marketing projects. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of organizational skills, marketing knowledge, project management experience, and the technology skills to drive successful outcomes for our marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include:


Project Management

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and digital marketing, to drive project success. Management of outside contractors and weekly meetings and agenda. 
  • Implement project management tools (Experience with Asana and other project management tools) and methodologies to streamline workflows and enhance team collaboration, 


CRM Management

  • Administer and maintain our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data.
  • Develop and optimize CRM automation to enhance efficiency and user experience for marketing and sales teams..
  • Utilize CRM data for targeted marketing campaigns and personalized customer interactions via segmentation and list management..
  • Partner with sales team to continue to identify priorities and develop and maintain a clean database. 


Marketing Campaign Support

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, integrating CRM data for personalized targeting.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination among team members during campaign execution.
  • Work with outside vendors to manage advertising projects


Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Generate reports on key CRM metrics and project performance.
  • Analyze customer behavior and sales and marketing campaign outcomes to inform future strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance both CRM and project management processes.


Stakeholder Communication

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, customer service, and leadership, to gather insights and align strategies.
  • Maintain open communication channels with cross-functional teams for effective project execution.


Other

  • Support CEO on other functions as needed
  • Conference and event planning and support
  • Work with outside vendors to support marketing collateral and other sales support initiatives


Qualifications and skillset to be successful:

  • Incredible attention to detail. You can't help but notice when things are out of place.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive while managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Experience in EdTech is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience (2-4 years) in marketing coordination, with a focus on CRM management and project management.
