We are seeking a talented and experienced C++ Developer to join our high-frequency trading team. As a C++ Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining low-latency trading systems and algorithms. You will work closely with traders, quantitative analysts, and other developers to implement high-performance solutions to complex trading problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C++ programming, experience in algorithmic trading or finance, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize low-latency trading systems in C++.
  • Implement and maintain trading algorithms and strategies.
  • Work closely with traders and quantitative analysts to understand trading requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct performance analysis and optimization to ensure the highest level of speed and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other developers to integrate new technologies and enhance existing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in high-frequency trading.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. Ideally graduating from a top US school.
  • A minimum of 3 years post-education experience as a Software Engineer
  • Strong proficiency in C++ programming language, including modern C++ standards.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
  • Experience developing low-latency, high-performance systems in a trading environment.
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems and shell scripting.
  • Knowledge of network programming and protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, multicast).
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git is a plus.
  • Previous experience in high-frequency trading or financial services industry is highly desirable.
