As a Program Manager, you will help drive Forecasting and Execution strategies by orchestrating alignment across teams and incorporating business intelligence and baseline/event driven inputs. In addition, this role will drive process/system improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams. You will also drive portfolio-wide business strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures to drive scale. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google.Responsibilities:Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) capacity planning to support cloud growth and enable business with Inventory Efficiency goal/Annual Operational Expenditure (OpEx) by driving Machine Capacity Deployment.Manage Capacity Demand/Supply planning through cross-functional engagement to minimize capacity risks impacting Business, Spend, and Efficiency goals.Drive capacity deployment strategies maximizing capacity availability to enable business while optimizing cost-to-serve to deliver margin.Develop capacity recommendations to the Cloud leadership by framing and structuring ambiguous, business implications across a range of available data sets and analysis.Drive process improvements and system enhancements in partnership with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with the Engineering Developer team to drive System Automation initiatives.
