Role Description

This is a full-time Registered Nurse role at OPTIMISTIC HOME CARE AGENCY, INC. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and support, including administering medications, monitoring patients' health conditions, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate medical records. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of the work performed on-site in Davie, FL, but with some flexibility for remote work.


Qualifications

  • Valid and active Registered Nurse license
  • Experience in providing direct patient care in a healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
  • Ability to administer medications and evaluate patient responses
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical records
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
  • Experience in home healthcare is a plus
