Role Description

We are currently seeking a Mental Health Professional to join our team on a contract basis. As a Mental Health Professional, you will be responsible for providing individual, couple, and/or family therapy services. You will work closely with clients to develop treatment plans, facilitate therapy sessions, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of working primarily from our Middleburg Heights location but with flexibility for remote work.


Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Valid license or certification as a Mental Health Professional (e.g., IMFT/MFT, LPC/LPCC, LISW)
  • Experience in providing individual, couple, and/or family therapy
  • Proficiency in evidence-based and trauma-informed therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, play therapy, art therapy, mindfulness etc.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
