Order PackerJob Category: Internal RecruitingRequisition Number: ORDER005105Full-TimeRate: $17 USD per hourSpringfield, TN 37172, USADescriptionOrder Packer Warehouse Associate Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Responsible for accurately packing large or oversized customer orders.Ensure all large parcels are securely wrapped, boxed, or palletized to meet shipping standards.Assist with staging, loading, and moving large packages within the warehouse.Verify order contents and packaging materials for accuracy and completeness.Job Functions:Display strong work ethic and honesty; adhere to all company guidelines, policies, and procedures.Engage work with a high sense of urgency and be highly organized and detail-oriented.Maintain a clean and orderly work area, especially in large parcel staging zones.Communicate any issues with damaged or missing items to supervisors immediately.Work as a team to meet daily packing and shipping goals.Follow all safety protocols when handling large, heavy, or palletized items.Additional job duties can be added at any time.Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:Forklift or pallet jack experience is highly desired (training available).Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. occasionally.Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum Experience Required: 1 year of warehouse or order packing experience.Ability to read and write in English and understand basic math.Ability to stand for long periods of time and bend and reach overhead.Experience handling large or irregular-shaped items is a plus.Job Type: Full-timePay range: $17-$18 hourlyAn Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fostering diversity in its staff.
