Front Desk Team MemberDependable, high-energy, positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused professional to join our Front Desk team. This position involves exemplary customer service experience, attention to detail, and a passion for service. Superior oral and written communication skills.*Two shifts available: 5am 10am or 4pm 8:30pmResponsibilitiesComplete Opening/Closing ChecklistsEnsure lobby area is clean and stockedLearn the D1 brand and be able to answer all customer support questions for current and potential athletesAnswer phone calls and take messages for Recruiters and ManagementCheck athletes into workouts and ensure accurate attendance trackingKeep retail areas fully stocked with food, drink, clothingMaintain inventory for cleaning supplies, D1 gear, and productsProcess all ancillary purchases in MBOComplete daily social media tasksMake sure all accounts are properly notedQualificationsDependable, organized, and responsibleMust be a high-energy & positive individualMust have 1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry.Benefits/PerksEmployee Bonus StructurePaid Time OffOpportunity for advancementTraining & developmentFree membership in a state-of-the-art facility.Motivate and inspire all to be their best and achieve their goals in a positive TEAM environment and cultureCompensation: $10.00 - $15.00 per hourD1 Training is an emerging fitness franchise, that is growing rapidly. What began as training solely for the aspiring youth athlete, matured into fitness training for adults as well. With all who participate in the D1 training process moving aggressively towards their goals.
