Environmental Services TrainerFranciscan Health Indianapolis Campus 8111 S Emerson Ave Indianapolis, Indiana 46237The Environmental Services Trainer monitors the training of new and existing staff, coordinates and screens candidates for the hiring process, as well as maintains documentation of hiring, education, and orientation for the department. The EVS Trainer collaborates with other members of management to integrate department goals and overall hospital goals, through proper education. This position requires an extremely task-oriented individual whose focus is high standards and accuracy. Must be able to perform tasks of EVS I and II positions.With 12 ministries and access points across Indiana and Illinois, Franciscan Health is one of the largest Catholic health care systems in the Midwest.
