Accounting SpecialistWe are currently working on an Accounting Specialist position in Dallas, Texas, with the possibility for remote work. This role offers a variety of responsibilities, including managing accounts payable and receivable, processing cash transactions, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. The ideal candidate will have experience in AP/AR, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and vendors.Accounting Specialist Responsibilities:Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsPost daily cash receipts and reconcile bank transactionsReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesAssist in the preparation of month-end and year-end financial reportsRecord and reconcile financial transactions in the general ledgerMaintain and update vendor and customer recordsPerform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in cash transactionsAssist with budgeting and forecasting processesCollaborate with other departments to resolve accounting-related issuesPrepare financial reports, including income statements and balance sheetsSupport audits and provide necessary documentationAccounting Specialist Requirements:2+ years of experience in accounting or a similar role, with a focus on AP, AR, and cash postingProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendorsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesStrong problem-solving skills and analytical abilitiesExperience with bank reconciliations and financial reporting is a plusIf you are interested and meet the qualifications above, we invite you to apply for the Accounting Specialist opening todayThank you, Ryan Quinn Project Manager LaSalle Network
