Health Partner Incentive Analyst IIIThe Health Partner Incentive Analyst III is responsible for compiling and analyzing financial and clinical data related to health partner incentive programs.Essential Functions:Prepare and review integrated reporting on health partner incentive programs for providers and management on a timely and accurate basisDevelop, enhance, and maintain internal dashboards pertaining to Alternative Payment Model (APM) performanceIdentify trends, develop competitive analysis, and present findings to senior managementEvaluate and make appropriate improvements to internal analysis processes ensuring that practices are in line with the overall goals of the organizationEnsure contract implementation and maintenance accurately reflect corporate APM program definitionsMonitor and track implementation of new health partner payment/incentive programs for reporting and measurementProvide recommendations on program enhancements supported by research and analysisAssist with the management of development efforts for incentive applicationConduct/review complex user acceptance testing for incentive application development and attribution developmentDevelop SOPs related to health partner payment/incentive configuration and maintenance across multiple functional areasConduct post implementation audits to ensure accurate implementation; analyze data to identify and resolve any internal errorsConduct process gap analysis and implement appropriate solutionsEnsure that documentation is accurately maintained for tracking health partners and their respective incentive program specificsConduct/review member attribution analysis to align with population management effortsCollect and process supplemental data pertaining to APM programsAssist in data reconciliation pertaining to APM programsPartner with internal stakeholders for analytic assessment and delivery of reportingPerform any other job-related instructions as requestedEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is preferredMinimum of three (3) years of analytical experience is requiredMinimum of one (1) year of Managed Care or Healthcare experience is preferredCompetencies, Knowledge and Skills:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, Access and PowerPointKnowledge of SQL, SAS or other relational database software and/or business intelligence (BI) tools is preferredAbility to lead and provide subject matter expertiseWide degree of creativity and latitude (independent judgement) is requiredAbility to formulate recommendations and take action based on analysesSkilled in a variety of analysis concepts, practices and proceduresExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skillsStrong interpersonal skills and high level of professionalismAbility to effectively interact with all levels of leadershipEffective listening and critical thinking skillsEffective problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to work independently and within a teamAbility to create and maintain excellent working relationshipsAbility to develop, prioritize and accomplish goalsLicensure and Certification:To help protect our employees, members, and the communities we serve from acquiring communicable diseases, Influenza vaccination is a requirement of this position. Request for accommodations will be completed through an interactive review process.Working Conditions:General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of timeMay be required to travel occasionallyCompensation Range: $61,500.00 - $98,400.00CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
