Outside Sales RepresentativeWe are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our steel fabrication company in Jasper, FL. The ideal candidate will focus on generating new business by actively prospecting and building relationships with clients in industries such as construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure related fields. This role offers a competitive commission structure with high earning potential for a driven individual with a proven track record in outside sales.Key Responsibilities:Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients in Jasper, FL, and surrounding areas through cold calling, site visits, networking events, trade shows, and referrals.Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their steel fabrication needs and present customized solutions for structural steel, sheet metal, or precision components.Sales Execution: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.Project Coordination: Collaborate with the estimating and production teams to ensure accurate project quotes and seamless delivery of client orders.Market Analysis: Research market trends, competitor activities, and industry demand to identify new business opportunities and stay competitive in the steel fabrication market.Client Follow-Up: Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction, address concerns, and foster repeat business and referrals.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software or company-provided tools; report on commission earnings and sales progress.Travel: Conduct regular field visits to client sites, job sites, and industry events within the State of FL, and nearby regions to build relationships and close sales.Compliance: Represent the company professionally, adhering to ethical sales practices, safety standards, and company policies.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in steel fabrication, construction, industrial manufacturing, or a related B2B field.Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and build client relationships in an outside sales environment. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to interpret basic technical drawings or specifications is a plus. Strong networking and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients. Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on performance-driven earnings.Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.Requirements: Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel within the State of FL, and surrounding areas.
