Senior Management AnalystTopsarge Business Solutions, a Temple Texas-based firm, is seeking an experienced on-site Senior Management Analyst provides analytical and program management support to the DHS Federal Protective Service Risk Management Branch, focusing on law enforcement, physical security, and national countermeasures programs. The analyst develops data systems, conducts operational assessments, and drafts reports to enhance FPS mission effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:Manage project milestones, funding validation, and suspense tracking systems.Collect, analyze, and report on program data from multiple electronic systems.Conduct independent research and statistical analysis for special projects.Develop databases and propose system improvements for efficiency.Coordinate Facility Security Assessments and related reports.Prepare submissions for the Acquisition Review Board and maintain incident report accountability.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required.Minimum 2 years in security, intelligence, or law enforcement analytical work.Desired Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint).Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.Ability to interpret and apply federal regulations and policy guidance.Work Location: FPS Region 4, 180 Ted Turner Drive SW, Atlanta, GA 30303Security Clearance: Public Trust or as required by DHS.
