2nd Shift Production SupervisorGpac is working with a well-established growing national food manufacturer company is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor (3PM11PM) for one of their facilities in southern Indiana.Employees are well-rewarded for their efforts, and it's a very fun, team-oriented place to work.In this role you will have the opportunity to work with an outstanding team of motivated professionals who work well together in a fun and team spirit type atmosphere.This role is critical in ensuring production lines run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with food safety standards. The right leader will thrive in a fast-paced environment, drive productivity, and motivate employees to meet production goals.Key Responsibilities:Supervise, coach, and motivate 2nd shift production employees to achieve daily goalsOversee throughput, yield, safety, and quality on assigned linesEnsure strict compliance with GMPs, HACCP, SSOPs, OSHA, and company policiesSchedule and manage staffing, attendance, and time-off approvals for direct reportsPartner with Maintenance, QA, Safety, HR, and Shipping to resolve issues quicklyPromote a safe and positive team culture while maintaining discipline and performance standardsReview and manage production reports to ensure efficiency and customer requirements are metQualifications:5+ years of food manufacturing experience5+ years of leadership in a manufacturing environmentHands-on experience with Tray Sealer, Thermoforming, or Flow Wrapping equipment strongly preferredStrong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, HACCP, SOPs, and SSOPsProven ability to solve problems quickly and motivate teamsCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvementWhat's in it for You:Salary range: $75k to $85kStable, established food manufacturing company with growth potentialFull benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO)Opportunity to lead a critical shift and make a direct impact on operationsConfidential, supportive environment with room to advance your careerThis company is urgently looking to fill this role, we are in the process of arranging interviews, if you are interested please submit your confidential resume to Rick at rick.spinner@gogpac.com for immediate consideration.
