About Us: The Division of Colorectal Surgery atSaint Peter's University Hospital offers expertise in diagnoses and treatment ofmany colorectal conditions with laparoscopic and robotically assisted surgeries with theassistance of the da Vinci Surgical System. Saint Peter's has been recognized as America's BestAmbulatory Surgery Centers 2025 for CARES Surgicenter - fifth consecutive year. The surgeons at Saint Peter's specialize in several colorectalspecialty procedures and diagnoses: • Colonoscopies: Colorectal Cancer Screening Strategies, Diagnostic Colonoscopy,Polyps of the Colon and Rectum, ESD/EMR. • Colorectal Cancer: Anal Cancer, Carcinomatosis, Colon Cancer, RectalCancer, Recurring Rectal Cancer • Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD): Crohn's Disease, Perianal Crohn's,Ulcerative Colitis, Indeterminate Colitis. Opportunity Highlights: • New Graduates are encouraged to apply • Schedule: Full Time position includes a mix of Office consults, OR and Endoscopy days • Call Schedule: 1:6 nights, every 6 weekends. Requirements: • MD or DO New Jersey licensed or eligible for licensure • Completed residency in General Surgery • Completed fellowship in Colorectal Surgery • Board certified or eligible in Colon and Rectal Surgery (ABCRS) • DEA and New Jersey CDS licensed or eligible for licensure • Must qualify for Saint Peter's University Hospital Liability insurance Full-time compensation at Saint Peter'sHealthcare System ranges from $175,000 - $750,000, which is impacted by variousfactors, including but not limited to physician specialty, years of experience,academic and administrative appointment, and pre-established metrics onproductivity/patient engagement/quality.
