Build lasting relationships for referrals and repeat business.100% Remote opportunitiesAggressive, uncapped commission structureCompany provided pre-qualified leadsAdvanced CRM, texting tools, mobile loan applications, AI driven quote toolFull benefits, paid training, licensing maintenance and career advancement opportunitiesWhat You'll Do:Engage with 100% warm transfer leads from motivated homebuyers and refinancersConsult with borrowers to understand their needs and present loan optionsUse our state of the art technology to qualify and close loans quicklyBuild long-term relationships for future referrals and repeat businessCollaborate with in-house processors and underwriters for fast closingsMeet or exceed monthly sales goals and conversionsWhat You'll Need:1+ years of recent mortgage loan origination experience (call center preferred)Active NMLS licenseMinimum 5 active state licensesMust meet all Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) requirementsUnderstanding of mortgage regulatory guidelines and ability to accurately structure and price loansStrong communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated, driven, and results-orientedAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong desire to succeed in a sales environment and to be a top producerThis is a remote opportunity. The schedule is Monday - Friday. Hours are 3pm - 12am EST.
