The Print Manager for CincoMade is responsible for overseeing all aspects of vinyl printing and graphic design for production and operations in the shop.


Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the vinyl printing shop, including supervising staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their vinyl printing needs, provide guidance on available services, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure quality control throughout the vinyl printing process, including file preparation, color management, and final inspection of finished products.
  • Maintain inventory of vinyl materials, inks, and equipment, and order supplies as needed to meet production demands.
  • Develop and implement procedures to optimize vinyl printing processes and meet project deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance and repairs as necessary.
  • Train and mentor staff on vinyl printing techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
  • Monitor budget and expenses to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness of vinyl printing operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in vinyl printing.


Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Proven experience in vinyl printing and management, with a minimum of 1 years experience working in a print related field.
  • Proficiency with vinyl printing software and equipment, including large-format printers, vinyl cutters, and RIP software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, staff, and vendors.
  • Knowledge of vinyl printing techniques, materials, and industry standards.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot vinyl printing issues effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality vinyl products.
