Job Duties:

  • Perform the production and assembly of various products and parts
  • Test the products to ensure they meet specified requirements and document the processing conditions
  • Adhere to production guidelines and specifications.
  • Keep accurate records of production and report any discrepancies

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of composites, textiles, medical products or other processing/fabrication equipment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs., and to team lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform prolonged kneeling, squatting, sitting, crawling, and climbing stairs, ladders and work stands
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during the entire duration of shif
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small components and tools
  • Flexibility to bend, stoop, and crouch as required for tasks
  • Good vision, including the ability to focus on small details and identify defects
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress and potential issue
  • Willingness to follow instructions and ask for clarification when needed
