Warehouse Associate Shipping & Receiving / Order PickerLocation: Warrendale, PA Pay Rate: $18.50/hour Shift: First Shift (Start 6:008:00 AM, End 2:304:30 PM) Schedule: MondayFriday (Overtime as needed) Position Type: Long-TermPosition SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, order picking, and ensuring all customer orders are completed safely, accurately, and on time. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and teamwork are key to success.Key ResponsibilitiesShipping & ReceivingVerify accuracy of all shipping and receiving documents.Match counts to picking/purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.Collect and file all shipping/receiving documentation.Pick, label, and prepare orders for shipment.Schedule inbound/outbound freight in coordination with the Warehouse Manager.Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.Identify and process backorders for expedited handling.Receive UPS orders, verify product categories, and stock accordingly.Verify accuracy of incoming merchandise.Order Picking/PullingUse warehouse management system (WMS) to identify items for picking.Accurately pick customer orders and stage them for shipment.Safely operate material handling equipment to transport and organize items.Repack, weigh, and organize orders as needed.Maintain warehouse equipment and report issues.Support overall warehouse safety and security.Additional FunctionsPlace incoming merchandise into inventory.Conduct physical inventories as needed.MHE required: Electric pallet jack, hand pallet jack and cartsPerform other duties as assigned.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram instructions.Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.Must be flexible to work overtime when required.If you're a dependable team player with a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you Apply today to join our warehouse team.Resume not required10030858
