Onsite CDL Driver OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading food production company in Bloomfield, NE. We are seeking candidates for an Onsite CDL Driver role. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity is $52,000 per year. Interested? Read below for more informationWhat youll do as an Onsite CDL Driver:Responsible for mixing feed rations according to instructions from the mill managerAssign feed orders and deliveries to the proper bin locationObserve mill for proper operations and ensure accurate inventory and records are keptMaintain trucks and tractors, including major and minor repairs on equipmentKeep mill and office area cleanAdhere to safe work practices, follow SOPs, maintain sanitary conditions, and ensure that product quality is maintainedReport to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect feed safety, food quality, or personnel safetyTravel to and work at multiple locationsAdhere to all safety policies and proceduresWhat you need to be an Onsite CDL Driver:High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)CDL Class A license (valid NE CDL required)Ability to meet requirements of company DOT written programStrong math skills, including the ability to calculate discounts, proportions, percentages, and basic algebraAbility to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance manuals, and procedure documentsAbility to write routine reports and correspondence and speak effectively before groups, customers, vendors, or employeesAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsAbility to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and work with abstract and concrete variablesGood mechanical abilityNo breathing disorders; ability to work in dusty environmentsAbility to ascend and descend stairs and ladders, and climb up to 80 feetAbility to lift up to 100 pounds occasionallyAbility to work outdoors for extended periods of timeJoin an industry-leading team and apply now Click APPLY NOW to complete our mobile-friendly, online application.
