Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Advisor Assistant at Harvest Financial. LLC located in Napa, CA. As an Advisor Assistant, you will provide administrative support to financial advisors and assist with client interactions. You will be responsible for preparing documents, and maintaining client records. Additionally, you will help with research, event planning, and other tasks as needed.


Qualifications

  • Securities Series 7 and 66, plus California State Life Insurance license
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar job
