We're hiring for an onsite clinical role with a Fortune 500 corporation, focusing on meeting the healthcare needs of their employees.


Duration: Open-ended contract / long-term contract.

Pay Rate: $35-45/hour

Schedule: "9/80" work schedule, alternating between 36-hour and 44-hour weeks:

  • Week 1: Monday to Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30 pm, Friday off.
  • Week 2: Monday to Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30 pm, Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct nursing assessments, care, and diagnosis for employee health concerns.
  • Interview patients to determine the reason for their visit and gather relevant health history.
  • Perform physical examinations within the scope of nursing practice and company policy.
  • Educate employees on health concerns and provide necessary treatments under medical directives (e.g., dispense medication, administer immunizations, provide wound care).
  • Issue discharge instructions and medical recommendations/restrictions as directed by the provider.
  • Conduct and interpret medical tests, including ECGs, pulmonary function, phlebotomy, blood glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol, and vision and hearing screenings.
  • Collect specimens for alcohol and drug testing.
  • Recommend and administer immunizations for travelers, offering education on complex travel-related health issues.
  • Assess employees' fitness for duty and capability to return to work.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including employees, community healthcare providers, HR, Safety, Health, and Environmental Affairs teams, ergonomics specialists, worker compensation specialists, and rehabilitation counselors to enhance employee safety and well-being.
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage front desk interactions both in-person and via telephone.
  • Maintain medical records, both electronically and in hard copy format.
  • Handle medical record releases and transfers.
  • Manage inventory and order medical and office supplies.


Job Requirements:

  • Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Availability to meet required work schedule and onsite work requirements (location: Mesa, AZ).
  • Minimum of four (4) years of nursing experience.
  • Note: Previous experience in occupational health is desired but not mandatory.
