Civil Design Engineer Site DevelopmentPlay a key role in shaping infrastructure that powers industrial innovation.We're seeking a skilled Civil Engineer (or experienced senior-level Civil Designer) to support the planning and execution of complex industrial site development projects across the U.S. You'll be joining a high-performing, collaborative team working with one of the most respected engineering firms in the industry.Your Responsibilities Will Include:Full-spectrum civil site design for medium to large-scale industrial developmentsSite layout, master planning, and underground utility routingStormwater and wastewater system analysis using tools like StormCAD, CivilStorm, etc.Final grading, cut/fill analysis, and earthwork balancingCreating erosion control plans and stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPPs)Interpreting and applying local AHJ requirements for site permitting and complianceCollaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and supporting active construction sitesWe're Looking For:~ 510 years of civil/site development experience in industrial or EPC/A&E environmentsStrong working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D (all design modules required)Familiarity with Navisworks and BluebeamEffective written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical mindset and ability to work independently or within project teamsQuick learner with a desire to grow technicallyDegree not required.Senior-level civil designers with equivalent experience are encouraged to apply.Position DetailsPay Rate: up to ~ $60/hr (W2 - offering Medical Benefits & 401k with Co.
