Terminal Operations InternshipThe Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) Internship Program includes valuable leadership and professional development training, opportunities to build your network, exposure to MAC and the aviation industry, and high-quality work experiences that will help you grow your career.The Terminal Operations Department plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of airport facilities. The team manages common-use resources, coordinates maintenance and emergency responses. Serves as a key communication link between airlines, ground staff, and other stakeholders.As a Terminal Operations Intern, you will assist with routine inspections, document facility issues, support incident response and compliance activities. This position provides hands-on experience, professional mentorship, and opportunities to contribute to improving passenger experiences and operational efficiency.The Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) owns and operates one of the nation's largest airport systems, including Minneapolis-St Paul International (MSP) and six general aviation airports.
