About Us:

It is a prominent law firm specializing in personal injury litigation. We seek a dedicated Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support our legal team in managing and executing personal injury cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with case management, including organizing files and tracking deadlines.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents (e.g., complaints, motions).
  • Prepare and file court documents, manage evidence, and support discovery processes.
  • Communicate with clients, provide updates, and address concerns.
  • Aid in trial preparation and perform administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5+ years of Personal Injury law firm experience.
  • Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software.
  • Paralegal certification is a plus but not required.
