This role is central to addressing client needs and driving team progress, with ample opportunities for impact and growth. As an Associate, you will help address strategic challenges for leading healthcare providers including hospitals, health systems, and academic medical centers. You will support the development of innovative strategies, growth initiatives, and partnerships that shape the future of healthcare.The Associates responsibilities and impact will include:Fostering team collaborationDriving client impactDelivering polished resultsLeveraging innovation tools and techniquesSpecific responsibilities include:Collaborate with engagement teams to develop and refine strategic client recommendationsLeading and managing one or more workstreamsBreaking down complex problemsCreating polished deliverablesActively contributing to brainstorming and problem-solving sessionsPresenting confidently to clientsConducting primary and secondary researchSupporting internal initiatives and business development effortsQualifications:Management Consulting Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience with an external, client-facing management consulting firmStrong interest in the healthcare industryBachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) requiredExceptional ability to structure and solve ambiguous problemsFamiliarity with generative AI concepts and toolsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteA proactive, self-motivated approach to workTravel and Home Office: Travel requirements vary by project, but candidates must be willing to travel weeklyThe estimated base salary range for this job is $120,000 - $170,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $144,000 - $204,000.
