Construction Project Manager - Data Center ConstructionThe Construction Project Manager will lead the full lifecycle delivery of mission-critical data center construction projects, overseeing all phases from design through to Ready for Service (RFS). This role involves managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and contractor performance across multi-phase hyperscale builds. Collaboration with SMEs, Engineering, Security, IT, and Risk teams is essential to ensure compliance with established standards. Responsibilities include:Leading full lifecycle delivery of data center construction projects from design to RFS.Managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and contractor performance across multi-phase builds.Ensuring compliance with established standards through collaboration with SMEs and various teams.Driving performance pillars: safety, quality assurance, schedule adherence, and cost control.Overseeing commissioning, testing, turnover documentation, and operational readiness processes.Providing construction feasibility assessments during site selection and infrastructure planning.Strengthening cross-functional alignment with ITIM and regional delivery teams.Promoting a culture of safety, inclusion, and operational excellence across all project partners.Essential Skills:Project managementConstruction managementProject coordinationData center expertiseCost control analysis5-7 years of experience in managing construction projectsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experienceAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Organizational skillsProficiency in MSFT productsSavvy with data center construction milestonesLocal experience preferredJob Type & Location:This is a Contract position based out of Fayetteville, GA.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $54.00 - $64.00/hr.
