Accounts Payable Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This person will have a strong background in accounts payable procedures and processes, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.Responsibilities:Retrieve deposit, wire and ACH information from multiple bank accountsDeposit checks via remote depositEnter cash receipts into Microsoft AccessUpload cash receipts excel template to JD EdwardsCorrespond with accountants on outstanding management feesWork intimately with corporate accounting team on recording and researching paymentsMaintain spreadsheets to track feesCommunication, presentation and interpersonal skillsInteraction with staff, supervisors, peers and clientGood organizational skillsData entry experienceDesired Competency, Experience and Skills:1+ years of accounts receivable experienceAssociate`s degree in Accounting preferredExperience in MRI, Yardi, JD Edwards desiredExperience in Microsoft ExcelHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailThis position is 100% in-office. The role requires working in office during standard business hours.
