For those who are Behavior Technicians and not yet Registered Behavioral Technicians, we are looking for candidates who are willing to obtain their RBT certification. Responsibilities:
* Assist in the implementation of individualized behavior support plans
* Collect and analyze data on client behaviors
* Provide direct care to clients and support their daily living needs
* Monitor and document progress on behavioral goals
* Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent implementation of behavior support plans
* Attend trainings and meetings to maintain a high level of knowledge in the field
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication skills
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
* Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
