Job Overview:

The Licensed Clinician role at MPAC Healthcare offers autonomy and clinical focus. As a key member of the team, you will provide care, therapy, and emotional support to residents in a nursing home setting.

• Work within a 40-hour week, mainly clinically focused
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and lead patient care efforts
• Manage your caseload, schedule, and salary
• Conduct initial assessments, offer psychotherapy, and ensure documentation compliance
• Key Requirements
• Entrepreneurial spirit with strong medical knowledge
• Master's degree and valid LCSW license
• 2+ years of counseling experience
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health diagnoses and therapy
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Organized and adaptable to a skilled nursing facility environment

Additional Requirements:

• Knowledge of Medicare and commercial insurance plans
• Passion for working with older adults
• Experience in healthcare and nursing home settings
