Position Overview:


Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Personal Injury Attorney to join their team in New York, NY. The successful candidate will handle complex personal injury cases, provide legal guidance, and represent clients in court.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage a caseload of complex personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare pleadings.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and depositions.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the legal process.


Qualifications:


  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing personal injury law.
  • Strong litigation skills and experience handling personal injury cases.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
