Expectations – oversee core functions of learning management system – assisting users with usernames, log in information, assisting onboarding and offboarding LMS system, uploading elearning modules, overseeing the program, working with internal and external customers to ensure systems running smoothly

Working with LMS platform – cornerstone – working with Cornerstone rep to ensure the application is running smoothly, escalating any issues to cornerstone.

Will be working with every BU at LII so communication skills are a requirement

Minimum requirements – familiar with LMS, cornerstone experience preferred,

Education – experience over education

Shift Monday- Friday 8-5 – Fridays remote. shift hours could be flexible


  • Under direct supervision, maintains integrity of the operating system environment.
  • Performs system software upgrades including planning and scheduling, testing, and coordination. Performs workstation and server administration setup.
  • Coordinates disk space planning and management.
  • Maintains growth statistics, space forecasts, tape libraries, and software and hardware inventories. Performs data backups and recoveries.
  • Monitors and maintains continuity with system software licensing and maintenance agreements.
  • May provide recommendations regarding hardware and system software planning and budgeting.
  • Maintains production change control schedule and participates in change control.
  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of operating systems and applications, as well as hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Understands the purposes for which people in the organization use systems.
  • Must be able to solve problems quickly under high pressure.
  • Must have a strong grasp of computer security.
