We are seeking a highly skilled SAP EWM Specialist with extensive experience in SAP S/4 HANA and a strong background in the supply chain industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of warehouse management processes, supply chain operations, and the integration of SAP EWM within the SAP S/4 HANA framework.


Responsibilities:

  • SAP S/4 HANA Implementation: Lead and support the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA with a focus on the EWM module.
  • Extended Warehouse Management (EWM): Design, configure, and maintain the SAP EWM module to enhance warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound processes, inventory management, and warehouse execution.
  • Supply Chain Integration: Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to integrate SAP EWM with other supply chain modules and processes.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for the EWM module and its integration with other SAP modules.
  • System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of the EWM module with other SAP modules, such as MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and PP (Production Planning).
  • Customization and Enhancement: Develop custom solutions and enhancements to meet specific business needs within the supply chain industry.
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of the integrated system to ensure optimal performance.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on EWM functionalities.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configuration settings, processes, and procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements within the supply chain


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 to 12 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA, focusing on the EWM module and supply chain industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA and the Extended Warehouse Management module. Knowledge of other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) is a plus.
  • Supply Chain Knowledge: Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing and delivering SAP projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Certification: SAP certification in S/4 HANA or EWM is highly desirable.
