Join a team that values collaboration, respects your work-life balance, and empowers you to make a lasting impact.What We OfferCompetitive base pay: $110,000-$135,000 per yearBonus OpportunitiesHealth, Dental, and Vision Benefits401(k) with Company Match and Disability CoveragePaid Time Off, Sick Time, and HolidaysTuition Reimbursement and Professional TrainingRecognition Programs and Growth OpportunitiesFree Calm Membership for You and Up to Five OthersWhat You'll DoManage the day-to-day operations and overall success of electric transmission, distribution and Telecom (fiber) Right of Way projectsBuild and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunitiesReview project scope of work and oversee the development and monitoring of schedules, budgets, and staffing forecastsConduct due diligence reviews, compile pricing information, and track project progress from start to finishIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and project deliveryProvide technical guidance and resolve project-related issues as they ariseSupervise and support a team of 5 or more staff members, including performance and workload management, and other personnel mattersWe are looking for someone who:Has the ability to successfully manage a project teamProvide quality feedback and coaching to staffAble to properly delegate to ensure the success of the projectWorks efficiently and effectively under tight deadlinesCan prioritize and balance multiple tasksDemonstrates strong organization and planning skillsIs analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learnHas excellent written and verbal communication skillsThrives in a fast-paced administrative settingProvides strong customer service experienceCan adapt to new systems and software environmentsMinimum Requirements:Minimum of five(5) years of Right of Way experienceMust include three (3)years of management experienceUnderstanding of project financialsPrior experience with creating/maintaining project schedulesMust be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Dropbox, and OutlookMust have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systemsValid Driver's LicensePer diem and Relocation is not providedReady to Apply?
