Currently recruiting on behalf of a Global Investment Bank, who are looking to hire a number of Derivatives Lawyers to join their team on an initial 12 month contract basis. You will be sat as part of the Markets Legal team and will be responsible for documentation and advisory within this area. You should ideally have experience working within a competitor firm, have in depth knowledge of derivatives documentation, and have a track record of working in a high paced environment.


Key Experience:

  • NY State Bar Admission
  • Legal experience from a top law firm as well as in-house with an Investment Bank
  • Strong documentation experience, including ISDA, MCA's and Prime Brokerage agreements
  • In depth knowledge of US Securities laws including the Securities Act, FINRA rules and the Exchange Act
