Project Manager - K-12/Public Projects - DC MetroThe Project Manager - K-12/Public Projects - DC Metro will:Lead and manage construction projects valued at $20M+, ensuring timely and budget-conscious deliveryCoordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teamsEnsure compliance with safety standards and quality benchmarksMaintain project documentation and reporting using MS Office toolsConduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress and resolve issuesMentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environmentUphold the client's core values of integrity, innovation, and community impactNavigate permitting and regulatory processes in the DMV regionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Project Manager - K-12/Public Projects - DC Metro will have:Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in constructionProven track record managing at least one ground-up building projectExperience in sectors such as multifamily, healthcare, education, or civic buildingsFamiliarity with DMV construction regulations and stakeholdersOSHA 30 certification requiredPMP or CCM certification preferredProficiency in MS OfficeThe Project Manager - K-12/Public Projects - DC Metro will receive:Competitive base salary: $115,000-$135,000Monthly car allowance of $500Performance bonus up to 10%20 days PTO + sick leave100% employer-paid health insuranceHybrid work flexibility (1 day/week after 90 days)Tuition reimbursement & student loan repayment401(k) with 4% match and 529 college savings plan
