Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Superintendent at Energy Efficient Investments, Inc. The Project Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing commercial construction projects. Daily tasks will include quality control, construction safety, budgeting, and supervising the construction team.

Qualifications
  • Supervisory Skills, Quality Control, and Commercial Construction experience
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices
  • Budgeting and financial management skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience with energy-efficient building practices is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
